Job Title: Diamond Sales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Diamond Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fine jewelry, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills to provide our clients with a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers (usually business owners of jewelry stores) to understand their needs and preferences in diamonds and fine jewelry.
- Provide expert guidance on diamond selection, including education on the 4 Cs (Cut, Clarity, Carat, and Color).
- Build lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry or diamonds but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for diamonds and fine jewelry.
- Knowledge of gemology is a plus but not required.
